Oswego County Anti-Poverty Task Force
A Partnership of the County Legislature, County School Districts, and Community Leaders

Fiduciary Partners

Fiduciary Partners are people, organizations, businesses, churches or government entities that can facilitate the accomplishment of prioritized goals and actions. They will act as funders, administrators of funds or both. These partnerships are necessary to achieve the widest range of goals and because the Task Force itself, has no fiduciary authority.

For example, the Oswego City Masons funded the Circle of Security program, but the training, hosting and administration of the program will be conducted by the Oswego YMCA.
